Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for the period written in it. An order is confirmed when you approve the proof and pay as agreed.

Your files and content

You confirm you own the designs, logos and text you send, or have permission to use them. We are not responsible for claims about customer-supplied content.

Materials and tolerance

Natural materials vary in colour and grain, and laser edges can differ slightly in shade. Small variations are normal.

Cancellation

You can cancel before production starts. We may keep a charge for design work and materials already used. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun.

Refunds and remakes

If your order arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, tell us within 48 hours with photos. We will remake it or refund you. Mistakes in approved files or text are not covered.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, festival demand and material supply can change them, and we will tell you early. For fragile orders, a video of opening the parcel helps if there is damage.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
