How do I place an order?
Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the quote form with your idea, material, size and quantity. We reply with a price and timeline. Production starts after you approve the proof and pay.
Which file formats do you accept?
DXF, SVG, AI, CDR and vector PDF. For engraving we can also use a PNG or JPG. If you have none of these, send a sketch or a photo and we can redraw it for a small design fee.
Do I need to send a ready cut file?
No. A ready file is faster and cheaper, but we can prepare one from a sketch, a photo or a rough idea.
Can you do just one piece?
Yes. Single pieces are fine for most items. Larger quantities get a better price per piece.
How long does an order take?
Small jobs are often ready in one to two working days. Bulk orders, metal parts and finishing take longer. You get a time estimate with your quote.
How is the price decided?
By the material, its thickness, how much cutting the design needs, the quantity, and any design or finishing work. Our pricing page explains each factor.
Which materials can you cut?
Acrylic, MDF, plywood, leather, fabric, paper and thin sheet metal such as MS, SS, GI and aluminium. If your material is not listed, ask us.
Can you cut PVC?
No. PVC releases harmful fumes when it is cut with a laser, so we do not cut it.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across Delhi-NCR by courier or local rider. Delivery charges are included in your quote. You can also collect from a pickup point.
Will I see the product before it is made?
For custom work, yes. We share a digital proof and wait for your approval before cutting.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes.
What if the order arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos. If the fault is ours or the product does not match the approved proof, we remake it or refund you.
