    Message us on WhatsApp or use the quote form. A cut file, a sketch or a reference photo is enough. Tell us the material, size and how many.

    Get a quote

    We confirm that the job is possible and reply with the price and the time it will take.

    Approve the proof

    For custom work you see a preview first. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

    We cut and finish

    Cutting, engraving, cleaning and any finishing you asked for.

    Pick up or get it delivered

    Collect from the nearest pickup point or have it sent by courier or local rider.

A clean file gets a faster quote

  • Draw at real size, in millimetres.
  • Close every outline that must be cut out.
  • Convert text to curves so fonts do not change.
  • Use one colour for cut lines and another for engraving.
  • No design software? Send a sketch or a photo instead.

How do I place an order?

Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the quote form with your idea, material, size and quantity. We reply with a price and timeline. Production starts after you approve the proof and pay.

Which file formats do you accept?

DXF, SVG, AI, CDR and vector PDF. For engraving we can also use a PNG or JPG. If you have none of these, send a sketch or a photo and we can redraw it for a small design fee.

Do I need to send a ready cut file?

No. A ready file is faster and cheaper, but we can prepare one from a sketch, a photo or a rough idea.

Can you do just one piece?

Yes. Single pieces are fine for most items. Larger quantities get a better price per piece.

How long does an order take?

Small jobs are often ready in one to two working days. Bulk orders, metal parts and finishing take longer. You get a time estimate with your quote.

How is the price decided?

By the material, its thickness, how much cutting the design needs, the quantity, and any design or finishing work. Our pricing page explains each factor.
